Program & Registration
TMSA Peace Forum 2026 will follow a program that combines academic exploration with hands-on collaboration, featuring two structured sessions each day. The program will culminate in TMSA Peace Festival, celebrating global cultures and student engagement.
Program
Pre-Forum Arrival: Thursday, October 8, 2026
Student delegations arrive on campus, participate in guided tours of TMSA Triangle High School, and meet their assigned host families. This introductory day allows students to acclimate, connect informally, and begin cultural exchange prior to the formal sessions.
Forum Day: Friday, October 9, 2026
Student presentations and performances from participating and TMSA schools fill the day, creating an engaging and dynamic program. The forum concludes with a Closing Ceremony and the TMSA Peace Awards distribution.
TMSA Peace Festival: Saturday, October 10, 2026
The experience will culminate in TMSA Peace Festival, where each delegation will host a booth showcasing their national and cultural identity. The festival serves as a public celebration of global dialogue, youth leadership, and international partnership.

Registration
Invitation-Only Event
TMSA Peace Forum 2026 is an invitation-only event. Registration is only open to schools that have been officially invited by the TMSA Peace Forum organizing team. If your school has not yet been in contact with us, please reach out to Mr. Mustafa at mustafa.mustafa@tmsaschools.org before proceeding.
Submitting a registration without a prior invitation will be considered invalid and will not be processed. Any fees paid in connection with an uninvited registration are non-refundable and will be accepted as a donation to TMSA Triangle High School.
Participation Fees and Registration Deadlines

*The participation fees cover forum-related expenses only, including materials, program coordination, activities, speaker sessions, and lunches on forum days. The fees do not cover accommodation, airport transfers, visa fees, breakfast, dinner, or any other personal travel expenses. Delegations are responsible for arranging and funding these independently. For delegations who would like assistance with accommodation, a host family stay with a TMSA family is available.
All participation fees are NON-refundable. In the event that a school or delegation is unable to attend after registration has been completed, fees already paid will not be returned.
School Delegation Composition
Each participating country is represented by one delegation consisting of five (5) high school students and up to two (2) faculty advisors. A delegation may include students from more than one school within the same country. Regardless of the number of schools involved, each country may only send one delegation. Faculty advisors are expected to guide students in preparing their country presentations and to serve in a supervisory and mentoring role throughout the forum.
Two-Step Registration
Participation in TMSA Peace Forum 2026 follows a two-step registration process. Both steps must be completed to confirm your delegation's place at the forum.
Step 1 — School Registration After receiving an official invitation, schools complete the School Registration Form below and submit the institutional participation fee of $825. This step confirms your school's intent to participate and reserves your delegation's spot. By completing the School Registration Form, you agree to the TMSA Peace Forum 2026 Terms and Conditions.
Step 2 — Student Delegation Registration Schools must submit individual registration details for each of the five students in their delegation, along with the student participation fee of $75 per student. By completing the Student Delegation Registration Form, you agree to the TMSA Peace Forum Student Registration Acknowledgment & Disclaimer and Medical Emergencies & Insurance.
Visa Support
If your delegation requires visa support, we strongly recommend completing both registration steps as early as in May. Official invitation letters for visa purposes will be issued only after both school and student delegation registrations have been completed.
