TMSA Peace Forum 2026

TMSA Peace Forum 2026 will be aligned with the United Nations’ 2026 Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) agenda and will focus on the global priorities identified for that year. The forum will take place on October 8–9, 2026 (Thursday and Friday) at the TMSA Triangle High School Campus in Apex, North Carolina, as part of TMSA Peace Week.

In 2026, the forum will center on the following UN SDGs:

• SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation

• SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy

• SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure

• SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities

• SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals

Forum Goals and Learning Focus

The TMSA Peace Forum 2026 is designed to help students move beyond awareness toward understanding and engagement. Through the 2026 SDG themes, students will:

• Develop a deeper understanding of how global challenges are interconnected

• Explore the relationship between sustainability, equity, innovation, and peace

• Learn how international cooperation and partnerships shape global outcomes

• Strengthen skills in dialogue, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving

• Reflect on their role as young global citizens with shared responsibility

The forum aims to create a space where students not only learn about global issues, but also practice engaging with them thoughtfully and constructively.
